I called in before Christmas to return a dressing gown I\'d bought for my mum. It was too big, and I hoped I could exchange it. I didn\'t get the name of the lady that served me, but she was so polite and helpful, and couldn\'t have made it any easier for me. I had to write to let you know how pleased i am that I've found you. Other shops in Spain say they have Marks, Wallis ect and its always a let down, but you really do have it all.
