For items bought over the internet or telephone:
Please contact us within seven days of your purchase so we know to expect an item from you. Once the item is received in the same condition it was sent out, we'll be happy refund you in full. If you decide to take another item in replacement, we'll post it our free of charge. Regretfully, we're unable to refund postage costs.
For items bought at one of our events:
Please bring the item to us at any one of our events. We'll be delighted to exchange for a different garment or, if you can't see anything else you like, we'll give you a gift certificate to redeem at your convenience.
